Research administration is a combination of adherence to regulatory policies (e.g., NIH, DOD, VA) coupled with grants management processes developed at the local institution. Departments are managing a mission area priority with critical implications for financing a Department and for recruitment and retention of faculty.
The authors for this project leveraged AIM's expertise to create research administrator best practices toolkit to showcase tools used in research administration.
