Resources to Improve Written Qualitative Feedback and Assessment
Studies have indicated that preceptors who provide meaningful feedback yield engaged and successful future physicians. The AAIM Faculty Development Work Group reached out to the AAIM membership, requesting institutions to share best practices, steps, and resources on how their respective institution achieved an effective qualitative written evaluation that was well-received by both faculty and students. Though the following resources have been reviewed by the AAIM Faculty Development Subcommittee, these tools’ success were measured by a select or limited constituency.
