How long have you been a member of AAIM?

I became a member of the AAIM four years ago when I became the Chair, but our department of medicine has been a member for many years.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I love the teaching part of my job. I really enjoy working with students and residents on the wards and off the wards on research projects, mentorship, and in conferences. We used to travel in groups to attend conferences where we enjoyed having lunch together and attending each other’s presentations together. My most favorite part is the graduation ceremony for our senior residents. I am confident that in the near future we will be able resume our life again after we control the COVID-19 pandemic.
