Continuing Medical Education
These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and AAIM. ACP is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Disclosure Regulation
All faculty participating in CME activities (program planning and speakers) sponsored by ACP are expected to disclose to the activity audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their presentations. Full disclosure of faculty relationships will be made at the activity.
Applying for CME Credit
AAIM requires participants to complete an online meeting evaluation prior to applying for CME credit. To receive credit, the evaluation and CME application must be complete by Friday, November 16. AAIM is unable to provide CME credit retroactively.
CME Certificates
Neither AAIM nor ACP provides paper certificates. A printout of the completed online CME application or the CME application confirmation email serves as appropriate proof of the credit.
